hello ~ my name is courtney.

 i guess i’m a knitting, spinning, gardening, sewing, bread baking, movie loving, tonic crafting, kid tickling, coffee chugging, tea sipping, printmaking, crafty wife and mother of two.  i have lupus and a weakness for allowing creatures of all types into my home.  i’m also ridiculously clumsy and can injure myself doing just about anything (insert story about breaking the arch of my foot walking through a doorway… ya. it happened.)

but, who am i here?

here i am a documentarian.  here i am a fierce feminist.  here i am i doting mother and wife.  here i am exploring and thinking and coming to a lot of conclusions about myself, my people, and my world.  i am also a teacher and a student and wildly optimistic.
